  • HS Orka currently generates 175 MW from two power plants:
    • Svartsengi ( 75 MW)
    • Reykjanes (100 MW)
  • Plans for future 230 MW expansion for a total output of 405 MW by 2016
  • Total Reserves of 175 MW
  • Total Resources of 640 MW
  • Svartsengi began operations in 1977
  • Reykjanes began operations in 2006
